We at Red Bull have three login environments that meet different purposes:
This is the environment where you do your daily work and can access all Red Bull services that are in productive state.
In general if you use a Red Bull managed device you should have a seamless password-less log in experience to Red Bull and Microsoft services.

Accessing a Red Bull Development services behind F5 / Workbench:
If you type the service link in your browser (e.g. https://hub-d.redbull.com ) you are automatically redirected to the development environment login page.
Type in your Development UPN: firstname.lastname@rblogin-d.net (in rare cases if you have a mailbox in D, it is firstname.lastname@ms.redbull.com). You are now redirected to https://sts-d.fed.redbull.com/. Please type in your password.

Change Password: You can either go to the the Hub and search for Password Service or directly go to https://changeit.redbull.com to change the password for your account.
Forgot Password: Please contact your local Service Desk and keep an ID document at hand (passport, driver license). The Service Desk will verify your identity and reset your password.
Secure Password: Your password should have at minimum 8 characters - we recommend to use more than 10 characters. Please use at least 3 of 4: upper case, lower case, numbers and special characters.
Close all private / incognito browser tabs and use a fresh one. Alternatively, delete your browser cookies. If this does not solve your issues, please open a ticket or approach service desk. If you often need to switch between the different environments, we recommend to create separate browser profiles in Chrome or Edge. See below.
Chrome: In the upper right corner, click your profile icon. Click Add.
Now write a descriptive Name for the environment you want to have the profile for (like "Red Bull Development Environment") and create a desktop icon.
Finished! Now you have an own browser with own cookies that you can use for the different login profile.
Choose "Use another account", and you see the environment your are trying to log into.
Note: If you are now are asked again, pick the one you just signed in. Alternatively, close all incognito tabs and open a fresh one to have a clear log in.
Click "Use another account" see above and verify that you log in with the correct account to the correct environment. If you are sure that you used the correct account login name, and the correct environment, and it still does not work, then please contact your Service Desk or open a ticket.
The "Stay signed in?" window stores your login information as a cookie - even when you close the browser. It does not have an effect in private / incognito sessions. If you do not work with multiple browser profiles (see above) we recommend choosing No.

If the error message shown below occurs - please delete all your browser cookies.
The blue button reflects the password-less login and only works on a Red Bull company devices that are managed by Red Bull IT.
Some iOS apps do not support this modern log in method yet.
In case an error is shown after clicking the blue button - please retry and choose "Login with your password" to authenticate.
If you get the "Another login session is already running in a different browser tab" message then please wait some seconds and then click on reload. This happens if too many browser tabs/apps trying to simultaneously log in to Red Bull services.
